HBI AK Style Safety (Scorpion)

THe HBI “AK style” safety selector are installed on the right hand side of the Scorpion, to be used with the index finger of a right handed shooter. The lever is positioned forwards of the spindle, so it operates down for safe, up for fire. This allows the safety to be disengaged with a quick upward flick of the index finger.

This configuration also allows for a very low profile, avoiding the trigger finger interference commonly associated with the standard configuration.

Laser etched with a position indicator to clearly communicate safe/fire weapon status to other operators.

Machined from billet 6061T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized to MIL-A-8625.
